chevron_rightIs Vernon Heights POA a mandatory Association? Yes, membership in the POA becomes automatic when a home is purchased in Vernon Heights. Dues are paid one time per year, in January.

chevron_rightWho can use the park? Everyone is welcome to enjoy our park while a Resident is present. Every Property is issued a key at no cost. We kindly ask that you take your refuse and you lock the vehicle gate when departing to ensure the park area remains clean and safe for everyone.

chevron_rightWho is responsible for the alleyways? Although the city periodically mows the grass in the alleyways, Owners and Residents are responsible to maintain their property according to the community ByLaws to the edge of their property. This normally extends to the centerline of the alleyway, inclusive of any Trees, fencing, and/or greenery to that point.
